Presentation of plans (applications materials) for proposed new school building at 115 East 97th Street/116 East 98th Street (Block 1625, Lot 7)

An application has been filed with the Board of Standards and Appeals (BSA), #275-150-BZ, requesting a zoning variance to permit the construction of the proposed building. As proposed, the 13-story building would not comply with the floor area, rear yard and rear yard equivalent, street wall height and setback, curb cuts and open space requirements of the Zoning Resolution.

CB11 has until February 24, 2016 to submit comments to the BSA regarding this application.
