a. The committee will be prepared to review the Department of Environmental Protection request for a letter of support for the repair and mechanical upgrade of the final settling system and the construction of a prefabricated storage building at the Wastewater Treatment Plant on Wards Island. This presentation was given on November 12, 2015, at which time the committee failed to attain quorum (15).

3. Continuing Business
a. Update on the letter of support for the electronic scoreboard at Lincoln Park- 135th Street and 5th Avenue (5).
b. Update on the letter of authorization granted to Prentis “Sonny” Gibbs II by the NYC Parks Department for the non-exclusive use of the southeast corner of East 135th Street and 5th Avenue (5).
4. Informational Updates
a. The November 22, 2015, Parks Without Borders meeting was attended by several members of CB11. Parks Without Borders is a new design approach focused on creating more open, welcoming and beautiful public spaces where parks and neighborhoods meet. As part of OneNYC, Mayor de Blasio has dedicated $50M to the program. To nominate a park for this new project visit www.nyc.gov/parks/PWB before February 28, 2016.
5. New Business
a. As the newly elected CB11 Board Officers are sworn into their respective positions it is the sincere hope that the E, OS and Parks Committee will continue to define our Mission Statement, review our district needs and advocate strongly for our committee Capital and Expense budget items (5).
